Our RV was delivered on time! It was clean, cool and ready to go. The staff at Comfy Campers are easy to work with, knowledgeable and know their RV's. My husband and I have rented with them for the second year. And we plan to book for our next trip in June of next year. Amazing service and attention to details. Thank you, Comfy Campers! We were happy with the set-up and the cleanliness of the RV. The only negative was the outdoor burners were not connected to the gas line so we weren’t able to use them. Didn’t expect the rug and four chairs outside but they got a lot of use. Thanks!

I wish you had called, the connection is right below the grill. It can’t be left connected for travel safety reasons. I would have come right out for you.

Had an awesome time! The camper was very clean and large enough to accommodate 6 people and a dog. There was on 2 of us and a dog and had plenty of room. Can't wait for the chance to stay again! Thanks, Anita!

Everything was clean, nice and set up for us. Lights on, tv on, water and sewer hooked up, even had rugs and chairs set up outside. We didn’t have to do anything but bring our stuff in and enjoy. On check out day all we had to do is remove the trash, bag up the dirty linens and get our personal belongings. I would most definitely use Comfy Campers again and I highly recommend them. Thanks for making our stay a great experience!

The camper floor wasn’t clean when it was delivered. And I had 2 freezing cold showers. First one cause they didn’t turn the hot water heater on. Second day because we ran out of gas. No heat either. .. they didn’t fill up our gas tanks .. at this price we should have had gas for 2 nights. We had to fill up our tank to have heat and shower the last morning.

I’m so sorry that happened. Had you let us know when it was happening instead of saying nothing and not telling us until I read it in a review, it would have been fixed on the spot. We don’t know when the tanks run out until we are told. As for the floor, as you saw when you were there we mopped it before we turned it over. We were also at the next camper setting up when you went it. Again had you said something then, it would have been fixed right away instead of waiting to just right it in a review. We can’t fix it after the fact.
